BM 3000-HD+ HIGHLIGHT
BM 3000HD+ is a fully automatic machine equipped with horizontal slotting and scoring, vertical slitting, creasing, and horizontal cutting functions. The machine is also capable of male and female double-sided creasing and perforation. Optional features include a single-color flexo printing unit and inline gluing with a water-based adhesive. The machine enables the production of various FEFCO box types starting from a single piece, without the need for costly setup or tooling.

Carboard feeding
Cardboard from E flute to AAA, thickness ranges from 2 mm to 16 mm, with a maximum weight of up to 2400 g/m², width 300 mm to 3000 mm.
Horizontal Slotting & Scoring
Two standard symmetrical slotting knives can be automatically repositioned for different box lengths.
Vertical Creasing System
Advanced vertical creasing and pre-creasing wheels 4+4, double sided creasing available.
Vertical Slitting & Auto Sharpening
Four vertical slitting knives driven by servo motors with an automatic sharpening function for extended service life.
Glue Flap Crush System
Glue flap crushing function for easier and more efficient box nailing.
Optional functions
Inline Flexo Printing Unit
One-color printing using high-quality flexo printing technology. Up to two printing modules can be installed on the machine. Maximum print size: 500 × 300 mm (single module) or 500 × 200 mm (two modules).
Inline gluing
Inline application of dispersion adhesive during cardboard processing allows immediate box closing and stacking without any additional operation.
Freestyle System
Unlimited box style creation with full flexibility for custom designs.
Order Management System

Creasing wheels for vibrating knives
