BM 2800-Max HIGHLIGHT
BM 2800-Max is a multifunctional machine with horizontal slotting and scoring, vertical slitting and creasing, horizontal cutting. A major advantage of this machine is the ability to crease from the bottom side of the cardboard (male and female creasing). This machine is available for a wide range of many areas, such as furniture, hardware accessories, e-commerce logistics, many other industries, and so on.

Carboard feeding
Cardboard from E flute to AAA, thickness ranges from 2 mm to 10 mm, with a maximum weight of up to 1200 g/m2, width 260 mm to
2800 mm.
Horizontal Slotting & Scoring
Two standard symmetrical slotting knives can be automatically repositioned for different box lengths.
Vertical Creasing System
Six vertical creasing wheels improve box forming quality, while two bottom creasing wheels with male and female profiles ensure accurate creasing performance.
Vertical Slitting System
Six slitting knives adjusted by servo motors ensure precise cutting and cleaner, flatter carton box edges.
Optional functions
INLINE GLUING
Inline application of dispersion adhesive during cardboard processing allows immediate box closing and stacking without any additional operation.
Vibrating knives
One or two oscillating knives can be installed at the end of the production line for cutting custom shapes according to production requirements.
Creasing wheels for vibrating knives
Capable of creasing circles, rectangles, slots, curves, and other irregular lines without the need for molds.
Automatic Feeder & Automatic Box Collecting System
With this system, workers only need to place pallets of cardboard sheets onto the platform using a forklift. The machine will then automatically feed sheets continuously, process them into finished boxes, and neatly auto-stack the finished cartons without manual intervention.
