The AOPACK FF2800 Fanfold Cardboard Box Making Machine represents the next generation of corrugated box production technology. The machine can process up to six different fanfold cardboard stacks with automatic material selection, providing exceptional production flexibility without the need for manual material changes. The FF2800 integrates multiple processing functions into a single compact system, including slotting, scoring, creasing, slitting, and trimming, enabling complete box production in one continuous operation. Designed for on-demand and customized packaging, the FF2800 provides a complete box-making solution that allows manufacturers to produce exactly the boxes they need, whenever they need them. This eliminates dependence on pre-manufactured box inventories, reduces storage requirements, and enables packaging production to be synchronized directly with manufacturing, improving efficiency while minimizing waste and operating costs.

Major functions
Carboard feeding
Cardboard E / B / C / AB/ BC / BE / BCE flute, thickness ranges from 1.5 mm to 10 mm, with a maximum weight of up to 1350 g/m2, width 500 mm to 2800 mm.
First cross cutting
Cuts corrugated cardboard to the required length.
Slotting and scoring
Used for slotting and creasing corrugated cardboard.
Creasing and cutting
The machine is equipped with 4 to 8 integrated slitting and creasing knives. Each knife is driven by an independent servo motor for precise and flexible operation.
Second cross cutting
Cuts cardboard to the required length.
Optional functions
Inline Flexo Printing Unit
One-color printing using high-quality flexo printing technology. Up to two printing modules can be installed on the machine. Maximum print size: 500 × 300 mm (single module) or 500 × 200 mm (two modules).
Inline gluing
Inline application of dispersion adhesiveduring cardboard processing allows immediatebox closing and stacking without any
additional operation.
Order management system
With a changeover time of as little as 1 second, the machine can be directly integrated with ERP systems, enabling fully automated production workflows.
