BM 2508-Pro HIGHLIGHT
BM 2508-Pro is a fully automatic corrugated box-making machine designed for box plants handling short-run orders and large-size cartons. It effectively solves the challenges of scattered and customized production while providing efficient on-demand packaging solutions for industries such as furniture, hardware, e-commerce logistics, and industrial packaging. Custom box designs can also be produced according to specific customer requirements.

Major functions
Carboard feeding
Suitable for single- and double-wall corrugated cardboard with thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 12 mm, a maximum weight of up to 1200 g/m², and widths from 200 mm to 2500 mm.
Horizontal Slotting & Scoring
Two 500 mm symmetrical slotting knives with a creasing beam as standard. Optional slotting knife sizes of 600 mm, 350 mm, and 250 mm are also available.
Vertical Creasing System
Four creasing wheels ensure precise and consistent creasing for improved box folding quality.
Vertical Slitting System
Four vertical slitting knives driven by servo motors ensure precise cutting and cleaner, flatter carton box edges.
Cross cutting
Cuts off excess cardboard without the need for an additional paper separator.
Die Cutting System
Die-cuts hand holes on both sides of the box, including full-cut and half-cut functions.
Optional functions
Inline Flexo Printing Unit
One-color printing using high-quality flexographic printing technology. Full printing control via the touchscreen panel allows easy printing of signs, logos, warnings, and other information. Up to two printing modules can be installed on the machine.
INLINE GLUING
Inline application of dispersion adhesive during cardboard processing allows immediatebox closing and stacking without any additional operation.
Vibrating knives
Capable of cutting round holes, rectangles, slots, curves, and other irregular shapes without the need for molds.
Pressure roller
The pressure roller stabilizes the corrugated cardboard during output, enabling crushing wheel processing on both the front and rear box edges.
