BM 2800-Ultra HIGHLIGHT
The BM 2800-Ultra is an advanced corrugated box maker with integrated single-pass digital printing, designed for fully automated box production in one compact system. The machine combines slotting, slitting, creasing, vibrating knife cutting, glue spraying, and digital printing without the need for molds or complex manual setup. Optional automatic feeding and box collecting systems further increase productivity and automation. Thanks to intelligent automatic adjustment of all modules, the BM 2800-Ultra is the ideal solution for short-run, on-demand production of multi-size and multi-style corrugated boxes.

Major functions
Carboard feeding
Cardboard from E flute to AAA, thickness ranges from 2 mm to 16 mm, with a maximum weight of up to 2400 g/m2, width 300 mm to 2800 mm.
Horizontal cutting, gluing and glue flap crushing
Cuts excess cardboard without the need for an additional paper separator. Integrated inline cold gluing and glue flap crushing functions.
Vertical Creasing System
The machine is equipped with a male-female double-sided creasing system, allowing precise creasing from both sides of the cardboard without cracking or damaging the material.
Slotting Knives
Standard 500 mm slotting knives with a maximum slotting length up to 3× the knife length. Optional 250 mm slotting knives allow box heights up to 2800 mm.
Vertical Slitting System
Four vertical tungsten steel slitting knives, driven by independent motors, can process corrugated cardboard from 2 mm to 30 mm thickness.
Optional functions
Digital Printing
The machine features single-pass digital printing with a single-color configuration, equipped with a high-performance Epson print head.
Inline gluing
Inline application of dispersion adhesiveduring cardboard processing allows immediatebox closing and stacking without any
additional operation.
Creasing wheels for vibrating knives
Available to crease circles, rectangles, slashes, curves, and other Irregular lines. No mold needed.
Automatic Cardboard Feeding & Box Collecting System
With this system, operators only need to place pallets of corrugated cardboard sheets onto the platform using a forklift. This significantly reduces labor intensity, improves production continuity, and ensures neat and orderly stacking.
