During April, we completed the delivery of a BM3000-HD box maker to a customer in Poland. The entire installation was carried out by our two service technicians, who were responsible not only for positioning and commissioning the machine, but also for providing complete operator training in English. The delivery included unloading the machine from the truck, precise positioning inside the production hall, full mechanical and electrical installation, and configuration of all production functions.
The complete installation and commissioning process took three days. During this time, the operators received detailed training covering machine operation, software control, module setup, and production optimization for different box styles. As part of the machine setup, the die-cutting unit for hand holes was also configured, enabling efficient production of transport and logistics packaging. After completion of the installation, the machine was fully ready for standard production and immediate operation.
