A BM3000-HD box maker was relocated to a new position within the production facility of a Polish customer.
The relocation was preceded by thorough preparation of the machine for transport. Individual components were carefully secured to prevent damage or unwanted movement of important parts during handling and transportation.
After the box maker had been positioned at its new location, the machine was reassembled, its technical condition was checked, and it was recommissioned. The service work also included precise calibration of the cutting knives and creasing tools, which is essential for accurate and reliable processing of corrugated board.
Once all inspections and adjustments had been completed, the machine was thoroughly tested and handed back to the customer in full working condition. The BM3000-HD box maker is now ready to continue producing large-format and customized corrugated packaging at its new location.
