The AOPACK BM2800-Ultra boxmaker combines box production and digital printing in one fully automated process. In this demonstration, the machine processes AA double-wall corrugated board and produces a FEFCO 0300 packaging design while simultaneously applying full-surface black printing to the outer side of the material.
During a single continuous pass, the machine automatically trims the excess material, prints the required design and creates precise creasing lines on both sides of the corrugated board. The double-sided creasing ensures more accurate folding and improves the overall quality of the finished packaging.
The result is a fully processed printed blank ready for the next production operations. Combining digital printing and mechanical processing in one machine significantly shortens the production process, reduces material handling and supports the efficient manufacture of short runs and customized packaging.
