The installation and commissioning of the AOPACK BM3000-HD box maker has been successfully completed at a customer's production facility in Madrid, Spain. Designed for large-format corrugated packaging, the machine is capable of processing oversized corrugated sheets up to 4,000 × 2,000 mm.
The video demonstrates the production process, where two operators load the oversized sheets into the machine while the finished box blanks are automatically delivered to the output section, ready for the next manufacturing stage.
The BM3000-HD is also equipped with an integrated flexographic printing unit, allowing recycling symbols, logos, and other simple graphics to be printed directly onto the corrugated board during production. This enables the customer to meet packaging marking requirements without investing in a separate printing machine.
