As corrugated packaging manufacturers continue to focus on higher efficiency and reduced labor dependency, automation is becoming an essential part of modern box production. This project further strengthens AOPACK’s presence in the U.S. market with advanced automation solutions for heavy-duty box making.
In this project, AOPACK successfully installed its Auto Feeding and Auto Box Stacking System at a packaging manufacturer in Newark, California. The customer previously installed a BM3000-HD Heavy Duty Box Making Machine in August 2025, optimized for large-format and heavy-duty corrugated board production.
In January 2026, the machine was upgraded with the new automation system, further reducing manual handling and increasing production efficiency.
