AOPACK introduced its new innovative BM3000-HD box maker in the autumn of last year, setting a new benchmark in corrugated box production. This fully automatic single-pass machine has been designed for modern packaging manufacturers seeking maximum flexibility, rapid job changeovers, and efficient production of short and medium production runs.
The BM3000-HD processes corrugated board ranging from E flute up to heavy-duty AAA board (3–7 ply) and can easily handle the thick materials commonly used for heavy-duty and export packaging. Thanks to its robust construction and highly precise cutting system, the machine can produce not only standard box styles but also complex packaging designs, including the popular FEFCO 0427.
