At the end of April, our team successfully completed the installation of an AOPACK FF2800 box making machine at a customer's facility in Poland. The four-day installation was carried out by two Czech technicians who handled machine assembly, commissioning, fanfold installation, operator training, and final handover.
The customer specializes in packaging for aluminum profiles, where flexibility and fast production of customized corrugated packaging are essential.
The AOPACK FF2800 produces boxes directly from fanfold corrugated board and combines slotting, slitting, creasing, and box forming in a single process. This enables efficient production of a wide range of box styles without frequent tooling changes or complex machine adjustments.The machine processes 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply corrugated board with thicknesses from 2 to 10 mm and can automatically optimize material usage to reduce waste.
With the new FF2800, the customer has gained a highly efficient solution for on-demand box production, improved manufacturing flexibility, and faster response to changing packaging requirements.
