A Vietnamese carton manufacturer has increased production flexibility with the Aopack BM3000-HD heavy-duty box maker equipped with a vibrating knife function. The machine enables fully mold-free and highly automated production of complex handle-hole cartons, including demanding folder-style box designs.
Installed in December 2024, the BM3000-HD quickly became a key part of the customer’s production. With frequent changes in box styles, sizes, and handle-hole designs, the customer required a flexible solution without the need for expensive cutting dies, which Aopack successfully delivered.
